How seats work

One seat is one person. After checkout you get a dashboard with every seat listed. Paste staff email addresses and each person gets a personal link, or give out the codes yourself. Unused seats can be reassigned or voided; used seats show the certificate number and retrain date.

Purchase orders and invoicing: seat purchases receive a Stripe invoice automatically. If your organization pays by PO or ACH, send the seat count and billing details and we will issue an invoice.

Who buys this

Private ambulance and medical transport companies, urgent care and dental practices, dialysis and home-health agencies, tattoo and piercing studios, med spas, gyms with first-aid staff, and small fire and EMS departments that are too small for a full learning management system.

What you are still responsible for

The standard requires a written exposure control plan for your site, training on your site specifics (where the plan is kept, your equipment, who to call after an exposure), and an opportunity for staff to ask a knowledgeable person questions during training. OSHA has said a phone line to a qualified person meets that last requirement. This course provides the general training content, elements (A) through (M) of 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii). The plan, the site specifics and the question line are yours; a supervisor or nurse reachable by phone while staff take the course is enough for most small employers.
